- Phone line open from Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 12.00pm and 2.00pm to 5.00pm
Parking
The station in Tournon St Jean offers a large free car park for all vehicles, a drop-off point and spaces for the disabled close to the platforms and toilet facilities.
In the station in St Jean de Muzols you will find many facilities :
A museum area (free entry) : the museum shows the railway adventure, its history and its techniques with unique collector’s items such as the luxurious lounge-car listed amongst “historic monuments”… an ideal way to learn more about railway heritage !
The snack-bar area « Viv’arrêt » : Hot and cold drinks available or delicious treats and ice-cream to tickle your taste buds !
The boutique : Find souvenirs, toys, books and personalized items along with a large selection of local products coming from local producer partners.
The picnic area : A sheltered shady area is open at all times to our customers.
Access for the disabled : Tournon St Jean station offers access for people with reduced mobility. However, please note there are three steps to climb to board the train.
Dogs : Dogs on a leash are allowed on board except in first class. Travelling free they must not occupy a seat. Dog owners are asked to clean up any dejections for the cleanliness of the site.
All the stations and the Mastrou are equipped for cycling tourists wishing to discover Ardèche. The Train de l’Ardèche is the first tourist train to be certified with the welcome to cyclists badge “Accueil Vélo” !
Bike bays, repair kits, first aid kits and sockets for recharging e-bikes are available in St Jean de Muzols, Boucieu le Roi and Lamastre stations.
Before departure from the stations in St Jean de Muzols or Lamastre put your bike (€8.00 extra/bike) in the luggage car then take seat aboard the vintage train taking you to both ViaRhôna and DolceVia cycling routes.
