The booking is not obligatory. However, as the number of seats is limited, we advise our visitors to purchase their tickets in advance.
We don’t take reservations by phone or email.
Tickets can be purchased at the station for a departure on same-day departure or for another day, subject to availability.
Dogs on a leash are welcome aboard our trains, except in the first class compartment.
Cash and bank cards are accepted in the stations of T. St Jean de Muzols, Boucieu le Roi and Lamastre.

Pushchairs, prams and baby seats are not allowed in the passenger compartments for security reasons. However, they can be placed in the luggage car.
Our vintage coaches may make access difficult for people with reduced mobility.
In the case of the steam train, there are 3 steps measuring approximately 20cm each. A person in a wheelchair must therefore be able to climb the steps in order to board the train and take a seat.
Parking : PRM spaces are available in front of the station
All travelers must have a valid ticket (according to timestamp) to board the trains, even if they don’t pay.
To access the first class compartment, all travelers must pay the supplement à €9,00, including children under 10 years old.
Yes. The group rate applies to groups of over 20 travellers. In this case you need to book in advance (groupes@trainardeche.fr) and only one payment for the whole group is accepted.
The main station is T. St Jean de Muzols, situated in the village of St-Jean-de-Muzols, 4km from Tournon-sur-Rhône. However, others departures can be possible from the stations of Boucieu-le-Roi or Lamastre (Mastrou or Lamastre Express).
We advise travellers to arrive minimum 30 minutes the train is due to leave. This will give you time to park your vehicle, to scan/purchase your tickets and enjoy a moment in our museum.

A large free car park is available at T. St Jean de Muzols station, with access for campervans.
Specific PRM spaces are available in front of the station for holders of a disability badge only.
