In the case of the steam train, there are 3 steps measuring approximately 20cm each. A person in a wheelchair must therefore be able to climb the steps in order to board the train and take a seat.

Yes. The group rate applies to groups of over 20 travellers. In this case you need to book in advance (groupes@trainardeche.fr) and only one payment for the whole group is accepted.
The main station is Tournon St Jean situated in the village of St-Jean-de-Muzols, 4km from Tournon-sur-Rhône. However, you can also depart from the stations in Boucieu le Roi and Lamastre.
We advise travellers to arrive 1 hour before the train is due to leave. This will give you time to park your vehicle, to scan/purchase your tickets and enjoy a moment in our museum.
